Seal Team 3 (ST3) is in the final stages of training for their upcoming deployment. Joseph's Gift will be hosting a care package boxing for ST3 on Monday, August 25th at 1700 at
the American Legion Post 184, 412 Camino Real in Redondo Beach 90277.
These care packages will be delivered to the San Diego Training Center. ST3 will be deploying in early September, and they are headed to a hot humid climate.
We need your help in filling the 200 boxes. Below is a list of a few suggested items (all individually packaged):
Hydration drink mixes (such as Hydration IV)
Trail Mix
Snack Bars
Instant Oatmeal
Individual meals (mac and cheese, beef stew)
Candy and Gum
Individual instant soup mixes
Playing cards
Individual packages of nuts (Pistachio nuts are currently a big hit!
Protein Bars
Lunch kits (Tuna or Chicken)
Puzzle Books (small)
The above items can be dropped off at the canteen between now and the 25th of August.

2025 Pig Roast and Blessing of the Bikes
Please join us for our 4th annual Pig Roast and Blessing of the bikes at American Legion Post 184 in Redondo Beach. $20 donation per plate. We will have roasted pig, roasted chicken plus sides and desserts. Canteen will be open with tasty beverages for purchase. Plenty of raffle prizes.

3rd Annual Pig Roast and Bike Blessing
The Riders are having their annual anniversary Blessing of the Bikes & Pig Roast!
This Saturday September 28th from 12-3 you can have your motorcycle blessed, possibly win some great raffle items and eat some delicious slow, pit roasted pig!
All money raised goes to helping veterans and their families.
$18 a plate gets you some delicious eats! Pig or Chicken and plenty of side dishes!
The parking lot will available for motorcycle parking. We ask cars to park on the street.

2024 Blind Ride
This will be our 3rd year supporting the Long Beach VA taking a group of blind veterans for a ride down the coast the the Newport Beach American Legion. We are proud to continue to do this event yearly.
1st Annual Chili Cookoff and Army-Navy Game
Entry Fee: $10 Register by November 20 – Make 2 Quarts. Open to all Chili
$1 per chili taster of $5 for 6 tasters
$5 a bowl of chili
Also serving burgers and dogs for $5 donation per plate
